Who?  Adults & Kids ready to learn or hone your swim tech

What?  You will learn the proper mechanics of freestyle swimming first. 1st session is an observation of your swim level, inhale & exhale efficiency, then interactive tech talk, demo, and fun. 2 or 3 freestyle drills are discussed and practiced.   Video taping (usually at a pool ) is done with your permission, followed with review.  Videos are emailed, texted, or airdropped to the client. Practicing on your own in between sessions is highly recommended.  Handout sheets and resources are available. *freestyle is the primary stroke, treading, basic survival skills for ocean, breast stroke and/or backstroke are also options. Come swim with Maui's beautiful fish and Honu!

When?  Weekend mornings or afternoons, weekday afternoons, anytime on holidays, but cancellations need to be done with a 24 hrs advanced notice.

Where?  All over Maui! Kihei, Lahaina ( not in Lahainatown ), Napili, Kapalua, Kahului, and Paia mostly. Maui has a plethora of beaches that are calm and excellent for open water lessons.  Sessions are also at private or neighborhood pools.  Neighboring islands are also an option.

How?  Call or text House 808.868.1088 to discuss availability.  Payment includes:  1 - 1.5 hr session, video taping,  drills, above water video taping, email follow up with recap & videos, drive time and gas, dive toys for kids. Speedo goggles can be purchased for $15. Adult base rate/session = $150 for 1 single power session; tips optional, yet appreciated. Kids 17 & under - $70 one session or $180 for 3-pack, save $30.
